Fight Back!!

To be humble and polite is traditionally kind of virtue. Well... not always so.

People will treat me in the way that I taught them to do. I learn it a lot lately. In a tough environment, not only have to be wiser but also have to be stronger. Dare to challenge, dare to take lead, dare to fight back!

Why should not I deserve respect and fair share? Just because your bias? your ridiculous? your blindness? Come on! it's not my problem! Why can't we simply get it done? why don't you trust me? you can leverage my resource and knowledge! we can maximize our business individually!

Do the right thing right! Focus on the result and deliver it on time. I will! I love my job!
